Our list of services include:

• Personalized service in more ways than one. A staff member is available to speak with from 8am to 9pm, seven days a week.
• 24-hour e-mail response time. We’ll ready to answer your e-mails regarding various propertie, the community of Harbor Springs and Petoskey or events taking place within the area.
• Convenient and timely reservation process.

• Assistance with sports’ equipment rentals.

• Concierge Services upon request:
  • Stocking of the refrigerator according to your specifications prior to arrival
  • Preparation of appetizers or meals for private parties
  • Harbor Springs Airport drop-off and pick-up

• Information upon your arrival regarding events in the surrounding area, including suggestions for the area:

• • Where to eat, regional restaurants
  • What to see and do, local activities and attractions
