  • Commission is 30%. You retain 70% of the income from your property excluding any pre-agreed upon expenses.
  • Income is paid promptly within 10 business days following the close of each month.
  • Properties are personally inspected before and after each renter by a RR&M staff member (not the cleaning staff)
  • Homeowners have their personal website portal providing access to monthly statement, confirmed reservations and ability to "block" dates for personal use.
  • Properties promoted on the Resort Rental and Management, AirBnB and VRBO websites.
RR&M takes full responsibility for the rental management of your property: interfacing with your guests, marketing of your property, detailed financial administration, as well as all cleaning services.
