This luxury detached home is located in “The Ross Cottages” of the well-known Boyne Highlands Resort. It overlooks sweeping views of the 15th fairway of Donald Ross golf course. The cedar shingles, white columns and trim reflect beautifully against the burgundy color of the cedar home.
You will feel immediately at home when entering this well furnished residence which offers 2 great rooms — main level with gas fireplace and lower level with 52” flat screen TV, high def and surround sound. There are 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen with Corain countertops/extra seating and a separate dining area nestled in a large bay window overlooking the course. Over the fireplace in a cabinet with a flat screen TV.
Off the French doors & leading to the pergola covered porch is a spectacular panoramic view of the 15th fairway & golf course. In the winter there is wildlife wandering past. In the summer, you will enjoy watching golfers pass by.
The master suite is located on the main level. It includes a king bed and a bath with full shower, a spa tub and double sink vanity. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms (queen and two twins) and a full bath. In the twin bedroom there is a single sink vanity.
The inviting lower level is great for gathering family and friend to watch the 52” TV with surround sound. Also, on this level is the 4th bedroom and a full bath.
As guests of Boyne Highlands, you will have access to their many amenities. In the winter there is skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sleigh/wagon rides, ice skating, tubing, heated pools and much more.
In the summer, there is outstanding golf on nine different courses designed by Donald Ross, Arthur Hill or Robert Rend Jones – tennis, swimming pools, zip line adventures, chair lift rides, fishing just to name a few.
Fall is a spectacular time of the year in Northern Michigan. The beautiful fall colors radiate across the hills and valleys in the area. Be sure to meander along Lake Shore Drive/M 119 through the “Tunnel of Trees” beginning just 3 miles outside of Harbor Springs to Cross Village.
