Located to the north of the city of Petoskey and near the apex of Lake Michigan’s Little Traverse Bay, this cheery beachfront Tannery Creek condominium has so much to offer. Whether you are interested in biking, hiking,  swimming, beachcombing or taking a long walk along the shore, it is all within a few steps of this second floor, two bedroom condo which sleeps five. Subtle nautical themes throughout this property gently remind guests of its ideal location on the shores of a stunning Great Lake.

As you enter the first floor of this well-appointed condo, you find the kitchen to the left is efficient in design and includes an espresso machine, drip coffee maker and a breakfast bar with seating for two. The dining area just beyond the kitchen offers seating for six with colorful placemats. As you admire the glorious view of the bay from the living room, you are perfectly positioned to make the most of Little Traverse Bay.  On cool evenings, a wood-burning fireplace adds ambience and warmth. On the deck, take in the afternoon sun on the lounge chair or prepare a leisurely dinner on the deck grill to enjoy under the patio table’s umbrella.

"Spacious" best describes the master en-suite bedroom of the condo. A comfortable king-sized bed sits just across from the second wood-burning fireplace in this home. The slider door leading to a private deck spans the width of this room and takes advantage of the beauty just beyond; a perfect place for breakfast in bed. A flat-screen TV and walk-in closet round out the master bedroom.

The second bedroom, located in the open loft, features a queen bed, twin-sized bed and full bath. A stackable washer and dryer can be found in the utility room.

You can while away the hours combing the shore for Petoskey stones and searching for sea glass, or relax by the complex’s private outdoor pool. In the warm months, it is your choice to swim in the refreshing waters of the lake just steps away or hang out poolside.  Enjoy Petoskey’s million dollar sunset from the spacious deck near the water’s edge or take it in at beautiful Petoskey State Park, adjacent to the condominium complex where you will find 304 acres with inviting sand dunes and trails for hiking and cross-country skiing. If you enjoy biking, jogging or going for walks, the Little Traverse Wheelway winds through the Tannery Creek complex. This 26.65-mile paved trail, which starts in Charlevoix and ends in Harbor Springs, offers picturesque views of Lake Michigan and the city of Petoskey is only a 3.5 mile walk or bike ride away on the pathway.  The Bay View Association, with it historical homes and live stage performances in the summer, 1.5 miles away.  For winter activities, a short 10-minute drive will take you to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob ski areas, and for unique shopping experiences, 5 minutes to downtown Petoskey and 12 minutes to downtown Harbor Springs.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS: 50% of your reservation is due within 7 days of your reservation. The total is due 30 days prior to your check in date. If you have a credit card on file it will be charged automatically unless other payment arrangements are made. Please review your reservation and make sure all the information including check in and check out dates are correct.
CANCELLATION: There is a $200.00 cancellation fee for any cancellation notification received more than 45 days prior to occupancy. There are no refunds if the reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to the arrival date. .
RATES: Rates, terms and applicable taxes are subject to change without notice.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: The rental period begins at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and terminates at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made. Early check ins or late departures will incur an extra charge of an additional days rental. The properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure that all guests have a clean comfortable stay. Please be thoughtful of renters who may be checking in on the same day that you checkout.
DAMAGE AND CLEANING ISSUES: Any damage or cleaning issues noticed upon arrival should be reported to the management immediately. If damage or cleaning issues are not reported within 3 hours of your arrival, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. All general maintenance issues should also be reported so the unit can be kept in good repair. You must contact the management to address any cleaning issues within 3 hours of your arrival. You will not incur any additional charges if the following items are adhered to:
No damage is done to the unit or its content including the linens.
No items are missing upon the inventory check.
All debris, garbage and discards are placed in proper containers.
All soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher.
There was no exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.
There was no smoking or evidence of smoking in a designated non-smoking unit.
Unit is left in neat condition.
Pet friendly units show no sign of pet damage or excessive cleaning
If you experience any problems whatsoever with the vacation property during your stay, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the matter as soon as it is practically possible. Should a problem remain unresolved, you are required to notify us in writing within 7 days of your return. No action can be taken or liability accepted for any complaints received after this period. We aim to resolve complaints within a two month period from receipt, the details of which will be kept confidential to only the parties involved.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in any of our units. Smoking is not allowed outside by any open window/door, on patio, deck or grounds.
SEVERE WEATHER: We do not refund rents or deposits lost due to cancelled or shortened stays because of weather. Departures due to inclement weather do no warrant refund of rent or deposit.
PARKING:  Condominium Rule - No RV’s, boats, jet skis, or snowmobiles are allowed in parking lot.
