Tucked behind the charming shops of Main Street, this luxury condo is full of charm and class. A private patio with seating area lets guests relax outside in the warmer months and it is just a short walk to the beach, marina, and restaurants.

Inside, the chic space has an open layout and light color palette. A comfortable seating area for five is next to the flat screen TV. An updated kitchen features Viking appliances and granite countertops with a bar that seats three. A dining table can seat an additional 4 guests.  The half bath is located down a hall past the kitchen.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath/tub combo and laundry area. Glass doors lead to a balcony sporting partial views of the harbor. Another full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located between the two bedrooms on this level. Two twin beds are in the second bedroom.

Notes

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be 27 to rent. All adult guests staying on the property must be at least 27.

MINIMUM SUMMER STAY: 7 nights, with Friday-Friday check-in/out.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS: 50% of your reservation is due within 7 days of confirmation. The balance is due 45 days prior to your check in date. For reservation over 2 weeks, the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. If you have a credit card on file it will be charged automatically unless other payment arrangements are made. Please review your reservation and make sure all the information including check in and check out dates are correct.

CANCELLATION: There is a $200.00 cancellation fee for any cancellation notification received up to 45 days prior to occupancy for reservation less than 2 weeks There is a $200.00 cancellation fee if cancelled prior to 90 days prior to the arrival date for reservations 2 weeks or more.. There is no refund if cancelled 90 days or less prior to arrival for reservations 2 weeks or more.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: The rental period begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made. Early check ins or late departures will incur an extra charge of an additional days rental. The properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure that all guests have a clean comfortable stay. Please be thoughtful of renters who may be checking in on the same day that you checkout.
